Lead Times and Stock Availability

Please note that lead times for delivery may vary depending on stock availability. Purchasing an item on this website does not guarantee that it is in stock or ready for immediate shipment. Most items typically have a lead time of 4-6 weeks.

We will contact you once your purchase is confirmed to provide an estimated lead time. During peak periods, lead times may extend to up to 10 weeks.

If the lead time for your order exceeds 12 weeks, you will be entitled to a refund. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind on Spa, Swim Spa, or Plunge Pool purchases.
