RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- We have a 7-day return policy, for non bulky items such as Spas, Swim Spas, Heat Pumps, Saunas ect. After you receive your item, you have 7 days to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also be responsible for covering all cost associated with returning the item.
